NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011811 WS J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to National City Real Estate Services, LLC, Successor by Merger to National City Mortgage Inc. F/K/A National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Christina Fitzpatrick; Unknown Spouse of Christina Fitzpatrick; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, In., As Nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB; and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 30, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 61, LAKEWOOD VILLAS, UNIT 2, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 125, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
