Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 2010 CA 001812 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC is a Plaintiff and JASON KENDRICK and MESLISSA KENRICK, are the Defendants, Dwight E. Brock as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 on September 18, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

The West 1/2 of Tract 17, of GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
