NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-09764, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE OF SAMI II 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH B. CHARDE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, ROYAL PALM GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, JULIA N. CHARDE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 24 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, ROYAL PALM GOLF ESTATES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
