Parcel 96 TIMBER LAKE ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 33 through 36, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1369, Page(s) 484 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida., together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments and supplements thereto. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before October 2, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
