Lot 70, Block 1, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 3A & 3B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 50, pages 49 through 62, inclusive, of the Public Record of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
