All parties claiming interests by, through, under or against THE ESTATE OF ETHEL E. ROCK AND UNKNOWN, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, ANY AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS AGAINST ETHEL E. ROCK, DECEASED and to all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the real property herein described.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property in Pasco County, Florida:
Unit B, of Building 237, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of Condominium Number 5 of Beacon Lakes, Inc., Phase E, recorded in Official Records Book 783, Page 172, together with any and all amendments thereto, if any, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the Condominium Unit with the property address of 3841 Lanyard Court, New Port Richey, FL 34652
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Taylor & Carls, P.A. at 150 N. Westmonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice; otherwise a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. on or before October 1, 2012
