NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000627WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and DIMITRIA GRAFANAKIS; FOX WOOD AT TRINITY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; TRINITY COMMUNITIES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; JOHN GRAFANAKIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of September, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 594, FOX WOOD PHASE FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 108 THROUGH 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
