NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003859-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and ALLISON MARKS A/K/A ALLISON GROOM; CREATIVE EDGE INVESTORS, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLISON MARKS A/K/A ALLISON GROOM N/K/A GLEN MARKS; UNKNOWN TENANT; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of September, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 945, COLONIAL HILLS UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 142 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
