NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2012 and a Modified Final Summary Judgment dated April 30, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-004693-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS9, is Plaintiff, and SANDRA A. ROSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA A. ROSE, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PALM COVER OR WESLEY CHAPEL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. at an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 14, PALM COVE PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 15-27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
