NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 31, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-005480-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and SHARON ORTIZ; ANTONIO L. VAZQUEZ; PINE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINE RIDGE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 19th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, PINE RIDGE, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 141-144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
