BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and MISTY COATES; JEFFREY COATES; JOHN DOE and; JANE DOE; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
