NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-004463WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 17th day of September, 2012, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 391, HOLIDAY GARDENS ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 22 AND 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
