NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-002551-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for IXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-HE3, Plaintiff and Jonas O. Juarez and Cheryl Juarez, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1390, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, UNIT FIVE-A, PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 73-75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
