NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2007-CA-001256-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the Benefit of People's Choice Home Loan Securities Trust Series 2005-4, Plaintiff and David J. Errante, Jr., as Trustee and not personally under the Provisions of a Trust Agreement dated the 18th day of April 2006 known as the 7715 Arlight Drive Trust are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1257, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT 5-A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 126, F THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
