NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2011, and entered in 51-2009-CA-010195ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL G. CHRISTODOLOU; ANDREA SORRENTINO; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, BLOCK 1 OF BALLANTRAE VILLAGES 3A AND 3B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S)49 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
