PARCEL 2: THAT PART OF LOT 4, BLOCK 15, LYING NORTH OF CANAL STREET, TOWN OF HUDSON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 34 AND 34A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
