NUTTER AND COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH C. CARPENTER, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 28 Block 6 UNIT II PINEBROOK SOUTH, as plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 26 and 26A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, FL
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 24th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
