McCarthy , et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Situate in Sarasota County, State of Florida, viz: Unit 26, Mara Villa II, a condominium, a condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the delcaration of condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 2493, Pages 993 through 1046, and amendments thereto and as per plat thereof recorded in condominium book 29, pages 50, 50-A through 50-D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 25th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
