NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated August 20, 2012, in Case No. 2012-CA-002886-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JOYCE L. EVANS and CITY OF SARASOTA, a Municipal Corporation, are the Defendants, the HONORABLE KAREN E. RUSHING, Clerk of the Court, Sarasota County, Florida will sell the property located in Sarasota County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
