LEE, RENAISSANCE I ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Non-Profit Corporation; WELLS FARGO NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ROSEMARY PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE RENAISSANCE OF SARASOTA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; and IBERIA BANK, A LOUISIANA BANKING CORPORATION, AS ASSIGNEE OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR CENTURY BANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, pursuant to that certain purchase and assumption agreement dated as of November 13, 2009, are the Defendants, the HON.
