NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered August 21, 2012, Case Number 2012 CA 000371 NC in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 14, ENCLAVES OF VENICE NORTH, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. (the “Property”).

Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all water and riparian rights, ditches, and water stock and all improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements of the Property.
at Public Sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 26th day of September, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
