NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 004679 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT5 is Plaintiff and ERIC GIBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC GIBBS; ELAINE BREWER, TRUSTEE OF THE SARAH NORTH TRUST; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 49 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 48, BLOCK “A”, RIVERSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
