NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August, 21, 2012, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 012886 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Christopher R. Koloski a/k/a Chris R. Koloski; Clare L. Koloski; Tarmac America, LLC.; Pine Ranch Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, fc clerk is susan 941-861-7734 clerknet 941-861-7788, beginning at 9:00 A.M. on the 26 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, PINE RANCH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 46 AND 46 A/B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
