NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-014422-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANDREA C. TORRES, an unmarried woman, as her sole and separate property, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, F.A, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m. on the 28th day of September, 2012, at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 36, Block I, Boyette Creek, Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 3 through 10, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
