NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-15664-H of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ROSE M. BRADLEY is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 12TH day of October, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, Block I, BOYETTE CREEK PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 3 through 10 inclusive; amended by surveyor affidavit recorded in Official Records Book 13512, Page 461, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
