NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-008609 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FDX2, is the Plaintiff and ALAN C. PERCY A/K/A ALAN CRAIG PERCY; AMMIEE PERCY A/K/A AMMIEE JO GRIGSBY A/K/A AMMIEE GRIGSBY PERCY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMMIEE PERCY A/K/A AMMIEE JO GRIGSBY A/K/A AMMIEE GRIGSBY PERCY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on September 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2, THE WOODLANDS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
