GALVAN; HEATHER MCCARRON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMIE J. GALVAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HEATHER MCCARRON; ROBERT DAUGHTERS; MILL CREEK BANK, AN INACTIVE INSTITUTION F/K/A CONSECO BANK, INC.; TWIN LAKES OF BRANDON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SMITH INDUSTRIES, INC D/B/A SMITH FENCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on September 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK D, TWIN LAKES - PARCEL D2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
