D of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, is the Plaintiff and GAYLE HODGE; LARRY HODGE A/K/A WILLIAM L. HODGE A/K/A W. LARRY HODGE; WACHOVIA BANK NA; THE TAMPA POLICE DEPARTMENT, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; VANITHA S. JONES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00 P.M. on September 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF LOT 4, LESS THE WEST 115 FEET AND LESS THE WEST 100 FEET AND LESS THE WEST 10 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, BLOCK 1, WOODHAVEN,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
