NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at George E. Edgecombe Building, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, on the 24th day of September, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
