and commonly known as: 20009 TAMIAMI AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33647-3368; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 18, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
