NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-011539 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18, is Plaintiff, and REX WILLIAMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 7, OF THE RIVERDALE SUBDIVISION PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
