NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-9289 DIV B; UCN: 292011CA009289XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JANICE K. VIRGIN; DARRYL D. VIRGIN; BANKATLANTIC; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE WEST 783.83 FEET OF THE NORTH 600 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA; LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET THEREOF.
AND;
THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF THE NORTH 35 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA; LESS THE WEST 783.83 FEET THEREOF AND LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR ROAD.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
