Final Judgment was awarded on August 21, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-012557, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff, and, ALAIN DIAZ; MAYRA SANCHEZ; JOHN DOE N/K/A BRIAN MONTAGUE; JANE DOE N/K/A LINDSEY MONTAGUE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00 A.M. on October 9, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
