NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 06, 2012, entered in Case No. 09-CA-029041 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the CertificateHolders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-17 is the Plaintiff and Donna J. Sadler, a/k/a Donna J. Owens; Unknown Spouse of Donna J. Sadler, a/k/a Donna J. Owens; Providence Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 201 / 202, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 2:00 PM on the 25 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 31 OF PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
