CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1029-F, THE APOLLO BEACH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3913 PAGE 138, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO PLAT IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
