YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, 1st UNITED BANK, as successor in interest to Old Harbor Bank by asset acquisition from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:

TOGETHER with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the foregoing real property, including, without limitation, all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal, and similar matters.

The East 240 feet of the North 150 feet of the South 750 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 1, Township 28 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS right-of-way to Florida Avenue.

The East 240 feet of the North 150 feet of the South 900 feet of Government Lot 3, in Section 1, Township 28 South, Range 18 East, in Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the East 40 feet thereof for right-of-way of Florida Avenue.
