MCGRIFF AKA GEORGE MCGRIFF; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ANGELA ROBLES, are the Defendants, I shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, FLORIDA, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of September, 2012 the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
