NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-005623-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LINDA PARTIN is Defendant, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 30, 2012, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 111, Block 1, Brentwood Hills Tract A Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 0067, page 0033, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
