Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 18, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM SITE NO. 35, IN BLOCK 2, OF BAY HILLS VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4525, PAGE 342 AND AMENDED IN OR BOOK 4611, PAGE 1224, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGEs 63-1 AND 63-2 AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGEs 4-1 AND 4-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 10527 BAY HILLS CIR, THONOTOSASSA, FL 33592; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
