THE WEST 265 FEET OF THAT PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 NORTH OF RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4539 ROEBUCK ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33567; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 17, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
