NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 31, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-024877, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and ADRIAN ACOSTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIAN ACOSTA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; A.D. APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; JOHN AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 18th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 3 OF A.D. APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3995, PAGE 1215, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4006, PAGE 1163 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4114, PAGE 857, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 2; CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 12 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH A 1/16TH UNDIVIDED OWNERSHIP IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
