NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 1, 2012 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-016286 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and DONALD A. HOOD, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of September, 2012 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 34, Block 6, Westchester Phase I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84 at Page 91, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
