NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2012 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2012, in Case No. 2012-CA-002952-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CAHP Holdings, LLC, a California limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Paul Bionelli, Wimbledon Park - Orlando No. I, Inc., and Mortgageit, Inc., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2012:
