Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
Unit 204, PLAZA VIEW CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, UNIT V, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 332, Page 63, and the survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 10A thru 10D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/47 interest in and to the common elements of Plaza View Condominium.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via internet: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 31, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
