Notice is given that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012 and entered in CASE NO: 2011-2606-CA, wherein GARY and ILONA MITCHELL are Plaintiffs and MONEY CONSULTANTS, INC., MICHAEL CHRISTNER, KINGSLEY JACKSON, CAROL JACKSON, BERYL JACKSON, ANTHONY VELLUCCI, CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKAOTA), N.A., CARIBBEAN & ORIENTAL SPECIALTIES, and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on March 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
2745 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952 further described as follows:

Lot 36, Block 415, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 18, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 8A through 8E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sales, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
