Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-004224, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2002KS4 is the Plaintiff and JUANITA K GREENE A/K/A JUANITA KAY GREENE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUANITA K GREENE AKA JUANITA KAY GREENE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 6 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 3, block 97, port charlotte subdivision, section 10, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 4, page 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
