IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA to the Defendants, MARILYN IRONS MILES, a/k/a MARILYN L. IRONS, a/k/a MARILYN E. IRONS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN IRONS MILES, , a/k/a MARILYN L. IRONS, a/k/a MARILYN E. IRONS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST SAID INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, and to all parties or persons having or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the following described property, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 2764, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Thirty-Three, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 35A through 35F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
YOU and EACH OF YOU are notified that a suit to quiet title on the above-described property as been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your answer to the Complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, MICHAEL W. LEONARD, ESQ., 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, on or before January 8th, 2013 otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as true and as alleged.
