Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 2 day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 6051, Unit 96, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 45, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
