NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-2465 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 27 day of December, 2012, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 216, Building 02, of ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded under Clerk's File no. 2006000154122 of the Public records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
