CLARKE, LIBBY BERNGARD, RAYMOND BUILDING SUPPLY CORPORATION, IRONSTONE BANK, and FIFTH THIRD BANK are the Defendants, following- described property set forth in the order of final judgment will be sold by electronic sale on December 19, 2012 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031 Fla. All of Block 4760A, Unit 70, CAPE CORAL Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, pages 58 through 87, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
